CoRIS Geoportal - Data & Publication Search
The Coral Reef Information System (CoRIS) Geoportal application provides centralized access to distributed Coral Reef Conservation Program publications, geospatial data, tools, and applications.
This Web mapping application allows users to search and access data and publications via the CoRIS master catalog. Examples of information available through this site include:
- Benthic habitat maps, Environmental Sensitivity Index maps, bathymetry, shoreline, and backscatter data;
- Coastal Change and Analysis data, LiDAR and IfSAR data, satellite data and products, remotely sensed imagery and aerial photography;
- Coastal and marine observational data including real time tides and currents data, and biological survey data including fish, coral, algae, and invertebrates.
- Journal articles and documents that relay CRCP program and policy information, descriptions of the state of corals, and strategies for preserving coral ecosystems
The original Coral Data & Publications Search tool will remain active for a short time period while we complete the CoRIS Geoportal site upgrade.
